ORCHESTRATION & SCORE PREP PORTFOLIO
01
The first example presents score excerpts from my personal projects, highlighting my compositions and orchestration for both film and concert music. These scores were all prepared in Dorico, which I’ve been using since Dorico 2. The PDF document on the right shows sample instrument parts from these projects. The third example features my score preparation for a contemporary Austrian composer, orchestrated for a 60-piece ensemble, with each instrument on separate staves. This project was completed in Sibelius.
04
The fourth section displays excerpts from books showcasing my score preparation work for music book publishing as well as print preparation work for books, using Sibelius, Finale, and Adobe InDesign.
05
The fifth example features my composition “Forgotten Pyramids” for a chamber string orchestra. This score is unconventional, so to meet specific notation needs, I used both Dorico and Adobe Illustrator.
